I really enjoyed the family room, spacious with a lovely ambiance. The staff treated us remarkably well, super friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant blew me away. everything we tried was delicious and varied. The pool kept the kids entertained and was a fun highlight. the only hassle was the changing rooms. they lacked enough cubicles, making it a bit chaotic. the pool felt cold for a swim, which wasn't ideal. Despite these hiccups, it still made for a fantastic stay.

i had a lovely two-night stay at best western. the staff were super friendly, and our deluxe twin room was cozy with robes and slippers. we enjoyed the pool and the delicious meals in the restaurant. it’s about 10 minutes to the city center, making it a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. the outdoor hot tub was an amazing bonus!

The room was spacious and clean, with great tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom was a nice surprise with a lovely bath! For a family stay, the extra space was helpful, especially with kids. But we did find mouse poop on one of the beds, which wasn’t ideal. Moving rooms was fine, but the second one lacked a bath. a mix of comfort and a bit of hassle.

I truly enjoyed the beautifully decorated room, which was cozy and accessible. The warm, inviting atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Londonderry.

We stayed for 2 nights and the service was really friendly. The gym was awesome, and I loved having a full-size pool to splash around in! The restaurant was nice too, although the self-serve breakfast had pretty greasy options. Had to deal with a mouse incident in our room, which wasn’t ideal.

but the restaurant service was a bit slow n the loud party next door was kinda annoying.

Had a lovely time with spacious deluxe double room featuring a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. The pool area was a bit chilly, but the spa facilities were relaxing with excellent massages. The restaurant served delicious meals, especially the fresh salads. The staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

the staff were amazin, super nice n attentive. our family room was lovely n spacious with plug sockets beside the beds. food in the restaurant was delish, totally recommend the dinner! the pool was ok, but a bit chilly. they were really considerate with my daughter who has special needs, so we felt really supported!

The first night a staff member immediately set the tone by greeting us with a smile and offering us extra pillows for the little ones really made a difference and I appreciated how they even provided proper high chairs in the restaurant which made meal times smoother

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable given the circumstances

The room sizes are spacious, and the restaurant offers stunning ambiance with a particularly noteworthy dining experience. the pool area needs significant improvements, as it felt unwelcoming with cold water and poor maintenance. a cleanliness issue regarding mouse droppings in the initial room left a negative impression, but the staff efficiently resolved the situation by moving us to a different room.
